is it possible to add a drop down list in the template we are creating using Rational reporting for development intelligence 1.0.2?

Do you mean while creating the report using query studio ? You could see most of the RQM reports do have drop down list in the report parameters .

i meant to add the dropdown while creating a new template in report studio
