Hi Friends,
Is it possible to upload Actual Results along with the steps and expected result using RQM Excel importer?
If yes, then what I need to change in the config file?

Have you seen 29398: Support offline test execution yet? Sounds like it would be a perfect fit. QM 3.0.1 allows you to take your tests in excel, run them, and upload the results back to the QM server.
Here's the doc on it: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_run_offline.html

I'm looking for the ability to import execution results for test suites instead of test cases, is it possible? There's no word about it in the doc.

You would have to use the public RQM Reportable REST API (see http://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi) with testsuitelog resources (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#Resources_and_their_Supported_Op).
