rqm - clear quest defect screen in coming as blank in IE 10
Hi. We have linked Clear Quest to RQM to log and handle all defects. But, when we click on create defect, it prompts a log in box to clear quest but after the create defect screen appears as blank screen and CQ's create defect form is not loaded.

Hi Chaitra, a few things you could try are:-
Firstly, confirm it is specific to browser? eg: Firefox/ Chrome.
1. Clear browser cache/ try with a few browser session (restart after clearing cache, cookies)
2. Try setting allow mixed content handling in IE10 as explained in Answer on this MS forum post
3. Review if the data in technote IBM Rational ClearQuest 7.1.2.x, 8.0.0.x and 8.0.1.x support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 applies to the situation you see.
