Do you mean the simple team process or formal management process? In these templates, the complexity attribute is unconfigured by default.

Keep in mind that regardless of the template, you have the ability to customize and configure the complexity attribute to whatever suit's your team needs.

Thanks Stephanie. 

The default progress bar in rtc plan has three types contains complex, work load and work progress.  
I remember in Agile template, the story points is the complex attribute by default. And the progress bar of complex in RTC plan calculate the story points.
I want to know in formal template(traditional template) what is the default complex to have a reference. If there is no recommended complex attribute, I may create a customized attribute.
