During Cmd line SCM command, received an 'error 13 reserved (OSGi exception)' error
During an RTC SCM compare streams command:
received an 'error 13 reserved (OSGi exception)' error. How do I get around this? The UUID is correct, the workspace is correct, and the stream is correct

JAZZ DEVELOPER edited Jun 13 '19, 11:27 p.m. Does this issue happen only when you run compare command? This kind of error is usually because of a configuration/setup error. Do you see any info in the log files?

as far as I can tell, only the compare command gets this error - when I manually enter the command, error says the wrong UUID is used - and I know the UUID is correct on that workspace and stream. We have been running this same script for years - don't recall seeing this error before

found the problem from an internal log - various jar files, such as the osgi bundle could not be resolved, which indicated some sort of corruption in the SCM. Found this website:
which had the solution
Resolving the problem
To fix the issue, you need to remove the .jazz-scm configuration directory, which is located in your home directory by default. The .jazz-scm configuration directory will be recreated when you run scm command next time.
I deleted the jazz-scm folder from the default location - ran the command, which recreated the jazz-scm folder and resolved the issue
