During Cmd line SCM command, received an 'error 13 reserved (OSGi exception)' error

During an RTC SCM compare streams command:

scm -u y compare ws "_vcMXQFGfEembnY8fu5W0jQ" s "DEVELOPMENT snar25" -r https://nsjazz.raleigh.ibm.com:8038/ccm/ -u csbld@us.ibm.com

received an 'error 13 reserved (OSGi exception)' error. How do I get around this? The UUID is correct, the workspace is correct, and the stream is correct

Does this issue happen only when you run compare command? This kind of error is usually because of a configuration/setup error. Do you see any info in the log files?

as far as I can tell, only the compare command gets this error - when I manually enter the command, error says the wrong UUID is used - and I know the UUID is correct on that workspace and stream. We have been running this same script for years - don't recall seeing this error before

found the problem from an internal log - various jar files, such as the osgi bundle could not be resolved, which indicated some sort of corruption in the SCM. Found this website:

which had the solution

Resolving the problem

To fix the issue, you need to remove the .jazz-scm configuration directory, which is located in your home directory by default. The .jazz-scm configuration directory will be recreated when you run scm command next time.

Note: You may have customized "preferences.properties" file or other properties files created under the .jazz-scm directory. Before removing the directory, back up the *.properties files.

I deleted the jazz-scm folder from the default location - ran the command, which recreated the jazz-scm folder and resolved the issue
