How can I create projects within projects?

Mark Lavender (1144) | asked Dec 08 '08, 4:35 p.m.
I'm working with a team that has a lot of sub-projects. They'd like a dashboard that gave them info on all of the projects at once. Any suggestions? I had wondered if I might could treat each project as an iteration or some such. (There's also a lot of sub-teams...not sure that's relevant.)

Hello Lavender,

A project can not host projects as far as I know. Your sub projects can however
be treated as Team areas that contain several teams. RTC allows this hierarchical
team approach and I think that is exactly what you are looking for.

The standard edition provides dashboard capabilities to create dashboards
for each team and if you like also for individual teammembers.
