Can you import a process from RMC to Jazz?

EPF/RMC and jazz focus on different aspects of what a process is. Although
broader in intention, EPF/RMC focuses on a human readable description of the
process. In jazz a process specification focuses on the enactable aspects of
the process. By enactment we don't mean that for example developers behave
in a certain way because they read to do so in the process document.
Enactment in the jazz context means that jazz behaves in the way the process
specification defines it.
There is however overlap between EPF/RMC process descriptions and jazz
process description. Examples are roles, iterations, and the work item type
specifications when you choose to include them into your EPF/RMC process
description.
As mentioned before, we currently don't support to translate those pieces
that are in common from a EPF/RMC process description into a jazz process
specification or process template. However, as EPF/RMC and jazz are focusing
on different aspect we allow to combine the two. You can attach a process
description created with EPF/RMC to a jazz process template. The 'eclipse
way' and the 'open up' process templates both come with EPF/RMC created
process description out of the box.

If can't use RMC and I need to use EPF (www.eclipse.org/epf), Is there
anything special I need to do for going from EPF to Jazz.
Thank you for the insight. I am trying to create a new process template in Jazz to match my team. We have developers, project managers, and Knowledge Managers. For each role, the workitem will need to act differently. I want to create a process that matches their existing process. Where can I find a guide for creating processes in Jazz? Are there any Best Practices?
