How do I restrcit User to create RTC Projects?
I am creating Lifecycle Project in 3.0.1, I would like to restrcit all the users(developers) to create ant RTC projects?

To create a project area of any type, the user needs to be in JazzAdmins or JazzProjectAdmins group. You can check your application groups mapping and remove users from those groups to achieve what you mentioned.
