RTC work item attribute customization

HI,

I am using RTC4.01 at my end.I want to make few of RTC workitem attribute like type,severity,priority and application as required field.

Can you please help me in achieving my target.

Team Configuration > Operation Behavior > Work Items > Save Work Item (server) > Preconditions > Require Attributes for Type and State

If you are customizing your process, you should probably go and run through the Process Enactment Workshop, which will show you a lot of different ways to enact and customize process in RTC.  If you want to go even deeper into customizations, you can also do the RTC Process Extensions Workshop.
