Problem:  Need to link workitems to other workitems on another server

 I created the friendship between the servers, but when I try to link to the workitem on the other server the projects on the other server are not listed. 

The friendship was created for the servers the workitems live on so shouldn't  the projects display in the project dropdown so I can select the project where the workitem I want to link to is located?
