Team velocity, Story points by iteration does not show the correct data, any clue how to get this corrected?

Some of the reports like, Story points, Team velocity, Story points by iteration does not show the correct data by individual Sprints nor when all the Sprints are grouped together. Any clue how to get this rectified? These reports have been deployed successfully for my project area, the data collection job is also running successfully. We are following the Agile process template, could this be the reason for data discrepancy? We are using RTC version 3.0.1.

Not usre if its because for process template. Check for archived work items categories. They may account for the discrepancy. You can in/exclude archived WIs from reports using the checkbox in the Reports menu.

Are you talking about BIRT report? I would insert a System.out.println print out the work item IDs when the report runs and compare the list to a iteration query to see what has been missing.

Hi Clement.. thanks for replying. No. we aren't using the BIRT report.

We aren't aware of the BIRT reports either. So was just hoping if you can tell us how does the BIRT reports differ from the normal reports that we use on the dashboards.

Can you take a screen shot of the dashboard reports you were referring to? Thanks.
