Problem in creating repository connection

Hello,

I want to create a repository connection without using jazz team server. What should I write in URI and name part?

In this case, what server is the connection supposed to point to?

I use this URI but I get CRJAZ1244I error and this line: "Problem occurred fetching project areas: CRJAZ1244I Not logged in to the repository at URL "https://jazz.net/sandbox04-ccm/"." How can I get over it? I use this tutorial by the way: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rational/library/09/scrumprojectmanagementteamconcert-1/

Ah...you're using the jazz.net sandbox. Can you log on to the project area in a browser?
