I've been using VS RTC 4.0.1 with VS2012 update 2 for about a week without issue.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
I have been using VS RTC 4.0.1 with VS2012 update 1 since it was released. Not found any issues yet.
I just downloaded and installed VS2012 Update 2 and I am using it with the latest RTC VS client version, and it seems good to go! I will continue self-hosting on this, and report any issues, if found.
