Can category values be ordered by custom ordering instead of alphabetically?

Hi,

I have custom categories defined for both testcases/plans.  When creating a new testcase for example, I'm noticing these categories are listed alphabetically.  I wanted certain categories listed together, and not grouped alphabetically.  Is there a way to do define this ordering?  I'm on RQM 4.0 btw.

Hi Corey,

I don't think you can do that today. But I think you can define a hierarchy in the categories. Woud it make sense to have a common root for the categories that you want to be co-located?

Thanks Ralph.  Some of the categories could logically be co-located.  I could try this approach and see what happens.
