Why cannot i see my test plan when trying to generate new TER's?

I have a test plan to which i have added a number of test cases.
When I try and generate a TER for a specific test, the test plan is not visible in the drop-down?

This only seems to happen for tests that already have a previous TER generated from a previous test plan.
In these cases I can see this test plan instead of the current one?

I could of course generate the TER without a test plan and then add this later before execution.
However, I would like know why my test plan is not available in the first place?

What RQM version are you using?

Good question Paul: We are using version 402.
