RQM 3.0 Help Down?

When I try to access this link: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/index.jsp I'm not getting any help information showing.   Is something down for maintenance right now?

right - the above link does not work (anymore?)
I changed the v3r0m1 to v3r0 and it seems to return the infocenter.

http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0/index.jsp

As the not working URL was obtained from the RQM download page

I think you may want to open a defect. Either:
- the URL is correct but the site is down
- the URL is not correct and the download page link needs to be updated

Eric,  looking at this some more it is bringing me to the help for RTC and not RQM.    What I'm trying to do is get to the JKE Banking Example for 3.0.

not easy to find in 3.0
However - I found the 4.0 version
