Problem with jazz.net repository
Hello. First, sorry for my english which isn't very good.
I'm trying to install Rational Team Concert trial version, but I have a problem when the installation connects with jazz server. The process says me that it has had a problem with the install-server.xml or client-server.xml file.
The repository is this url: https://jazz.net/downloads/clm/4.0.3/M3/install-repository/clm-offerings/repository/repository.config
Somebody knows what's happen? I haven't more information about this error...

@Menda It may have been a temporary glitch with the server. It is working for me now, please try again.
