In load graph 'working hours are booked' are coming from where.

I believe the user's workload is computed by the hours they indicate they work and the percentage of their time they indicate is associated with this project. Users can change this by clicking on their name in the upper-right hand corner of the web interface and selecting "Edit my profile and licenses." Then click the "Work environment" tab on the left.
