We are trying to automate a process using RTC and build forge.  The group produces a package of four files (a .bar, an .xml and two others) that need to deployed to various environments.

I see the manual process as follows:

  1. A developer changes checks in these four files, places a baseline on the files in the repository workspace and delivers.
  2. A member of the deployment team creates a repository workspace for all environments flowing from the stream where the baseline resides (one repos wksp for one environment)
  3.  When time to deploy, the member of the deployment team accepts the baseline into the repository workspace and loads it into the sandbox associated with the repository workspace
Would anybody see an issues that need to be addressed in this process?  Would there be a better way

Is the problem how this would be automated?  I don't see anything that would be difficult to automate here.
