Multiple language selection in RTC web ( firefox, IE..)

Hi,

I have Deployed RTC instance with English. One of the user would like to use RTC web from regional settings browser ( like Spanish, Finnish). Would like to how can we access RTC ( English version) and regional language applications simultaneously.

Hello Smitha,
If you have installed RTC (using IBM installtion manager) with e.g. Spanish language installed, then you need to change default language settings in your web browser (Tools->Options->General->Content->Languages in Firefox).
