running JTSMon_Visualizer.xls

Hi all, after running JTSMon.jar monitor and JTSMon.jar analyse when I try to create the workbooks from the data collected I get an Excel error:

Runtime error '1004'
Method 'Range' of object '_Global' failed

Any suggestions?
