Excessive Plan Load Times in Eclipse Client after migration to Jazz 4.0.1

 We just migrated to jazz 4.0.1 on March 2nd.  Since the migration our eclipse users (using 4.0.1) are complaining about excessive load times on the their plans.  For instance, a plan with 2 thousand work items took over 50 seconds to load.

We didn't see this level of performance with version 3.0.1.3.

Thoughts?

does this happen with the 3.x client accessing the 4.x server?
I am very interested in this problem, as we are migrating to 4.0.1 very soon.
