Not seeing Team Artifacts View with RSA 8.5.1 and RTC 4.0.1

One of my users has just installed a new SDP package with RSA 8.5.1 and the RTC 4.0.1 client extension. He still has RAD 8.0.4.2 installed with RTC as well.  When he finished the installs and started RSA he pointed the workbench to his previous RAD 8.0.4 workspace. There was a migration as expected, but when he opens the Work Items Perspective, there is no Team Artifacts View. Even from the Windows->Show View menu. 
Any clues as to what's going on?

Does the view show up if he creates a new workspace? Or is this limited to the workspace migration scenario? 

Hi Alex. The user has tried using a new workspace and also using the -clean option when starting RSA (It's RSA for WebSphere by the way).  Neither of these options has fixed the issue.  When using Windows->Show View->Other the only views available under the Team folder are the three dealing with Synchronization.

Perform "Windows->Open Perspective->Other", make sure you check the box "Show All" and it should list you "Work Item". Switch the perspective and then onwards you should have Team Artifacts view available
