How to active project wide display setting for RQM4.0

I saw in the Rational Quality Manager 4.0 document (https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/4.0?p=news#editor) that Project administrators can now define project wide default display settings for test artifact tables. But our RQM4.0 can't see that check box to apply default project wide display setting.
I am sure my RQM version is 4.0, is there any "switch" to make it active? Thanks Wendy |

The box should appear when viewing the "Display Settings" for a list of artifacts by default. The box will not appear in that menu unless you are logged in as an administrator. Could you double-check this on an admin account?
