is there a way to highlight text found with Full Text Search? (or an enhancement request)?

we have a few fields in our defect record that are defined as Large (cause they could be over 1000 bytes (aka medium))
and we can search for text using full text search, but it search ALL the fields.. and with something large its hard to find where that result was found..

any pointers welcomed

Thanks.. that wasn't the question..

in the results returned by full text search, , when I view one of the workitems, can I tell where it found the content?
is it highlighted, can I make it highlighted?
