Hi,

RRC 3.0.1.3, IE7/8

On certain artifacts the edit toolbar is displayed. But on others it is not.
We've tested it across a number of users and the pattern is the same.

One case:
A user creates an artefact, edits and saves.
That same user goes back but gets no toolbar section on the artefact.
No other user gets the toolbar

Anyone seen this?

Have you tried clearing the browser history, cache, logins and cookies for that user? I am wondering if something is being cached. Also I am wondering if some add-ons/plug-ins in the browser might be affecting the editor.

Failing that I would reach out to Tech Support

There is this defect that has been resolved in 3.0.1.5. 

Resizing window in IE8 with zoom set to 125% causes whitespace above toolbar (64488)

This sounds similar to what you are seeing.  Is your browser zoomed at > 100%?
