Child work item display order on Links tab different order between Eclipse and Web UI

For RTC 3.0.1.4
After a set of work items is created from a template when these are viewed through the Web or Eclipse clients the order in which the Child work items are displayed is different between the two UI.
In eclispe the appear in work item order but in the Web they are in a different order. Checking the template xml the work items are defined in the correct sequence for creation. Is it possible to ensure that the display order is always as per the eclipse and in Work Item Number order.

Hello David,
this seems to be the behavior addressed by Order of links in Eclipse and Web UI differs (183429)
which was fixed in RTC 4.0 GA

You may want to verify with a more recent (4.0.1) build.
