Test Plan Print PDF is not giving ReqPro requirement Name or Text, only Project name

When I try to generate a PDF of the Test Plan, regardless of Detail, Summary or Comprehensive, the Requirements>RequisitePro Requirements section shows what looks to be an internal RQM number and the Project name instead of the Requirement Name and Text.  The Print View works as expected.

What version do you encounter this in?  If possible, can you include a screen shot of the results you are seeing?
