In Manual scripts section of the test script, we can enter Description and Expected Results. 
Can we customize this section and add more entries in this screen?

 Yes you can by adding categories or custom attributes.
This can be done by browsing to 'Manage Project Properties':

I have added two categories and a custom attribute which makes the editor look as below:
