IBM Quick Deployer package content

The IBM Quick Deployer installation package contains all the files that are required to install and configure the Rational_QD_60x UrbanCode Deploy application. The installation package is delivered as a single compressed file. The content of the compressed file is used by the following setup activities:

• Application setup
• Component version setup
• Create agent tags

Package installation overview

• Import the UrbanCode Deploy application and component definition JSON file
• Extract the component scripts
• Create the UrbanCode Deploy version for each component
• Add component scripts to each UrbanCode Deploy component version
• Create the UrbanCode Deploy tags required by the IBM Quick Deployer application
