BF agent builds are stuck in pending after server becomes unavailable

 I have a BF agent build definition running builds fine, but the agent server went down and the next scheduled build stayed in Pending, but then when the server came back the build stayed in Pending.  The build staying in Pending until it was canceled, then the scheduled builds picked up again.  What is happening here?

 There is a defect with how BF agent build run in RTC.

The problem is the build will never check again to see if the authentication or the connection to the agent is restored or not.  The build then will stay in Pending indefinitely until canceled.  This is planned to be fixed in 4.0.2.
