 Hi,

I have exported data from RTC and importing the same data via CSV into RTC project area all the other attributes values are copied but few of the mandatory attribute values are not copied. is something i am missing .

When you import you have the option of specifying a mapping xml file.  This file has entries such as
    <attribute sourceId="Id" targetId="com.ibm.team.workitem.attribute.id">
to map columns in your csv to attributes in RTC.  Did you use a mapping file?  Are the target attribute ids correct?

Hi Brian,

Yes, I have made an entry in the mapping file  and target ids are correct also but not sure y it is not mapping and importng the values into it.

Hi,

I have the found the answer. Export as as internal value for the attributes and import those internal values so that it maps and import the appropriate values.
