Can i change mail optios for all users in the same time?

My RTC is 4.0.5 Using the functionality  "User Management" Can I change the email options for him. But there is a way to change the same properties for all users quickly rather than editing one by one?

Only with custom automation and the required permissions. See Manage User E-mail Preferences for Mass Updates
