I have created a sandbox project. When I open the requirements dashboard and hover over the requirement 9628, I get the error:

Error 500: Internal Server Error

Error rendering java server page: /com/ibm/rdm/fronting/server/compact/internal/html/resources/text.jsp: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not delete directory: /tmp/rrsjsp (More info found at entry [7a6d32a89d754f29] in the RM application server log)

Requirements Management/4.0.1
When I open another dashboard, I get the error

I didn't have any problem with my RM project on sandbox02

Couple of things to try -
  • Try again to make sure it wasn't server hiccup at that particular time
  • Check your roles and permissions on your project area for your user. I don't know your project name otherwise I could add role/permission if anything missing.
I am also adding a tag "rational-requirements-composer" for this question so in case this issue is specific to RM, someone from that team can answer.
