ID CRRRW7386E  The editor could not start because the Browser Add-On Runtime Environment is not available. This can happen if the Browser Add-on installation did not complete successfully or if the installation directory has been corrupted. Uninstall the Browser Add-on plug-in, restart the browser, then attempt to edit the resource again to reinstall the plug-in. If the problem persists, contact IBM Software Support.
this is the error which i am getting when i am creating bussiness process diagram.i have installed browser add-on but still not getting the output.i have installed the required version of browser.i tried the same procedure on different system but it worked there which has the same configuration.
