 Hi, 

Can anybody tell me if it possible to do the following:
  1. Change the default view layout for all views - backlog, work breakdown, taskboard etc
  2. Change the default colors used so that all views have the same colors
  3. Lock the views so that users can not edit them
We have a very custom setup and every time we add a new plan or a new iteration we have to create new views and change the layout and the colors each time.  Then we find that users edit the view not realising that they are changing the view for everybody.

I am using the eclipse client V3.0.1 and occasionally the web client for the taskboard view due to bugs in the eclipse client.

Hi, Caroline.
I've emailed and chatted with the planning component lead and we're pretty sure the answer is no, that's not possible at this time (not even in 4.0.1). But she's still thinking about whether there is something we can suggest that may help. Worst case we'll write an Enhancement request.
