Adaptor SubversionByRev.xml template not available on Build Forge to Select

 Hello,

We are trying create a adaptor SVN using the subversionByRev template on BuildForge but it's not available to select on thea tool. See snapshot below:

In database, the templates are the same of the tool, see snapshot below:

but I found in directory many templates that aren't available in the tool and database, see snaphot below:

now the question.

How do I import these templates from directory to the tool?

 There is an option under the Administration -> System called Reset Adaptor Templates.  When set to 'Yes' that will reload the xml files from the template directory.
