Is there any way to add a new slot in the overview tab in the work item editor presentation

Hello,

I want to add a new slot in the work item editor presentation overview tab.

Then want to add a new section called "X" consists description attribute type into the new slot.

where as if add the new "X" Description section in to the existing Description slot ,when you try to edit the description attribute the focus is shifting to the next description box.

I could not find any option to create a new slot in web or eclipse view.Is there any work around.
