JAZZ DEVELOPER
Using RTC 4.0, I found that dynamic required attribute is not decorated (red asterisk) in the WebUI (but OK in Eclipse Client).

steps I used:
- create a PA - SCRUM
- add a timestamp attribute and presentation to Defect type
- operation behavior - required attribute for type and state - set this custom attribute as required when status is resolved / fixed
- save your changes
- WebUI - create a new defect - save
- set status to Resolved / fixed
expected: a red asterisk appear next to my custom timestamp attribute
observed: no asterisk to notify the user that this attribute is now mandatory

Is this a defect?
