Hi, if you only refer to streams, you could use the distributed SCM capabilities. See: https://jazz.net/library/article/535
For other data, I am not aware of a solution that allows you to bring that over to another system, without loosing data (e.g. CSV export/import) or manual work such as creating project areas.
