View Test Suite Execution Record and View Test Case Execution Record do not display correctly

A user using RQM 3.0.1.x was able to create Test  Case Execution Records from within Test Plan and also able to see these records in the Test Case Execution Record table with the Test Plan section.

But, going to Execution > View Test Case Execution Record menu, the page does not return anything.
Same for Execution > View Te st Suite Execution Record menu.

I managed to resolve this problem...

Somehow when these project was not initialized during creation. Once Initalized, the views are not rendering ok.
