Plan Requirement Coverage by Test Case widget shows wrong data

We have a project in RQM wherein, we are using the 'Plan Requirements Coverage By Test Case' widget.
This widget is showing incorrect data.

What could be the possible causes ?

Here are a few pointers to look into:

a. Verify the data related to Test Cases and related requirement links exist in the project.
b. Verify DCC is installed and the Data Collection jobs have been scheduled or run recently for the data.
c. If you have JRS, create reports on Test Cases and Requirement Artifacts separately to verify that the correct data is seen in JRS and the data is present in DCC.

Reach out to the support with the results of the above points if there are any discrepancies on the above to investigate the problem.
