bulk import of users in one team area to another team area

Is there any way to bulk addition of users present in one team area to another? For instance we have a Team Area A under Project Area A . Now i want to add same users in Team Area A to another Team Area  which is another Project Area B. Is it possible to do it in a bulk manner?

Unfortunately this is not currently possible through the WEB or eclipse client UI.
There are a few enhancement requests filed to add this functionality.
Here are a couple that are related:
