Not authorized to view sandbox invitation

I have created a sandbox and invited somebody else to join in.  They got the invitation in their email, followed the link, registered at jazz.net and then got the error:

"You are not authorized to view this invitation".

Note that they have registered at jazz.net as part of this process.

How do we resolve this?

There are some things you can look at it

  • Did they register at jazz.net with the same email address you send the invitation to ?
  • Was the invitation sent a while back ? The invitation are active only for certain amount of days.
  • Did they try logging into jazz.net at later time, and then clicking on the link in the invitation ?
