What version of RQM are you using?  What machine and operating system?  What application server?

Hi Olivier,

Thank you for the browser information.  We'll need a little more information to troubleshoot this - What version of RQM are you using?  What operating system?  What application server?

Thank you!
Laura

This is a Websphere error, indicating that the clmhelp war may not be available.  It may not have been installed into Websphere properly.  Can your App Server admin take a look at the server and verify clmhelp.war has been properly installed?

Also, refer to this help topic about deploying on WebSphere
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m1/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/t_deploy_was.html.

And are you in a distributed environment, where RQM is installed on a different server than the JTS? If so, see this topic - http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m1/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/t_config_help_loc.html
