Our RQM was upgraded from RQM 2 to RQM 3

The following issue is seen with testcase created after the upgrade.

Issue: When User A viewed the list of testcase reviewers in " Formal Review" panel, it showed some random text instead of Reviewer/Approver's names.

Is this a known issue?

Sounds like a migration defect. Can you open a defect (https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem) and attach a screen capture and server logs?
