Where can I find the download of RTC Client 4.0.1

While I'm downloading CLM 4.0.1. I was looking for the RTC Client 4.0.1 software. I couldn't find any RTC Client software in the download section. My question: Is it still available? If yes, how can I download it? If not, why not?

I can see it at https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.1?p=allDownloads in the section of the IM repos as well as in the zip section. Please try again.
