Can IIS-10 be used to install an SSL Certificate on a JAZZ system?

 Can IIS-10 be used to install an SSL Certificate on a JAZZ system? If IIS-10 cannot or should not be used, then what flavor of Certificate should be used. There are about 25 different flavors like WEBLOGIC, IIS-10 (or several flavors of IIS) Plesk, or... etc. We are using CLM 6.0.6 on an IBM Cloud Virtual Server running MS 2016. The Nice folks at IBM cloud don't know anything about JAZZ. There is a place on the IBM Cloud Dashboard for importing a certificate. Would that work? The folks at IBM Cloud were not able to inform me.
