Logfile for Component Owner Change

We have a situation where an RTC Project Scoped Component was changed to be owned by an individual user and marked as Private.

Is there a report or logfile or history that can be used to show who what when and activity like this occurred?

For this occurrence the user who the ownership was changed to was on vacation that day so was not responsible,

There is no logfile tracking this.  I would suggest that you raise an RFE or defect about this issue.

Hit same situation; someone had scoped a component to an individual/private.  RTC leaves no trace of this.   I created defect 291616 in Rational Team Concert project.

The defect mentioned above (Change of component owner to personal/private does not generate feed event. (291616)) is now fixed and is available in RTC 4.0.6 S2. There is now a feed event generated when a component owner is changed.
