Is there any way in RTC to move a component from one project area to other? If yes, does it changes the UUID of the component?

The only relationship between a component and a project area is that you can use a project area to define access and process control for that component.   The "owner" property of a component is used for this.  To change the access/process control, just modify the "owner" property of the component.   Doing so of course has no effect on the UUID of the component.
